Deadline for abstract submission is now extended to July 15, 2022!
Abstracts should be submitted via the email: info.dfbs@ibiss.bg.ac.rs.
Please read the following Guidelines for abstract preparation:
- In the upper left cornerindicate the title of the Conference topic for which you are applying, preferred presentation type (oral or poster) and presenting author contact (e-mail address and phone number)
- Abstract title
- Full names and affiliationsof all authors with the presenting author’s name underlined
- Abstract textcontaining maximum 250 words
- Key words(minimum 3, maximum 5)

Submission Period: Please submit abstracts until July 15, 2022. Late submissions will not be considered.
Language of Submission: All abstracts must be submitted in English with accurate grammar and spelling suitable for publication.
Abstracts Submission Limit: Maximum two abstract submissions per presenting author (oral or poster) are allowed. The same author can be included as co-author on more than two submissions.
Changes and corrections: Once submitted, it is possible to make corrections to the abstracts until the deadline. In order to correct your abstract you must submit the changes via the e-mail info.dfbs@ibiss.bg.ac.rs prior to the deadline.
*Note that only changes submitted prior to deadline will be included in the publications. Any changes needed after the deadline may only be indicated during author’s presentation at the Conference.
Withdrawal: If you want to withdraw submitted abstract please notify us at info.dfbs@ibiss.bg.ac.rs stating the title of the abstract to be withdrawn.
*Note that withdrawal is possible after the submission deadline (not later than September 1st, 2022).
Accepted Abstracts: An e-mail message will be sent to the Presenting Author at submitted e-mail address until August 15th, 2022 with a report on the status of the abstract (accepted or declined). Presenting authors of accepted abstracts will also receive the information on the presentation type (oral or poster), day and time of presentation determined by the Scientific Committee.
