Participants are asked to pay the Registration fee and to fill out the Registration form.
Registration fees:
- Senior researchers 50 €
- Students / Accompanying persons 25 €
Note: If you are a student, it is necessary for you to have confirmation document from your University/Faculty
Registration fee includes admission to academic sessions, conference material (Book of Abstracts, Conference Programme), certificate of attendance, opening ceremony, coffee breaks, gala dinner and excursion.
Each attendee must complete a separate Registration Form, but multiple Registration fees may be paid in a single payment.
NOTE:
Registration fee should be paid after receiving the confirmation of abstract acceptance. Otherwise, the organisers will not be able to refund the payment if abstract is not accepted. Deadline for abstract acceptance confirmation is April 15th, 2018.
