WORKSHOP - REAL-TIME PCR APPLICATIONS IN PLANT BIOLOGY
Biosistemika is in collaboration with National Institute of Biology,
organizing a satellite workshop of 5th Slovenian Symposium on Plant
Biology “REAL-TIME PCR APPLICATIONS IN PLANT BIOLOGY”. The workshop will take place after the Symposium, September 9-10 in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

The workshop is an opportunity to master qPCR technique applicable in various areas of plant biology, from pathogen or GMO determination and quantification to gene expression studies.

The hands-on, 2-day workshop will cover: basics of qPCR theory, practical guidance on plant sample preparation, lab and data analysis sessions.
